Daily Notes & Calendar

Heaper includes a calendar interface and daily notes feature for time-based organization and journaling.

Daily Notes

Daily notes give you a dedicated document for each day. Use them for journaling, daily planning, meeting notes, or anything tied to a specific date.

• Access today's note from Bottom navigation clicking the calendar icon, which will spawn the calendar widget.
• Click any date to create or open a daily note for that day
• Daily notes are regular blocks with a date attribute, so they support all standard features (tagging, mentioning, rich text, etc.)

Calendar View

The calendar view displays blocks on a month grid based on their date properties.

Navigation

• Month view — Shows the full month with blocks in each day cell
• Arrow buttons — Navigate between months
• Today — The current day is highlighted

You can also create a note for the week, month, quarter, and year if you want. For every entry that exists, an underline or dot is marked under a specific word.

Viewing Blocks

If you click a date that does not have a daily note, it will create one for you if one exists which is matched on their title you just navigate to it. Click a day cell to see the block associated with that date.
